xx99 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing
These terms govern your use of the xx99 platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted every clause below.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and xx99 ("xx99", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing all access to and use of the xx99 website and its associated services, including casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, crash games, and all other products available on the platform. These Terms apply to every registered account holder and to any person who browses, accesses, or uses any part of the xx99 platform, whether or not they have registered an account.

2. Eligibility
To register an account and use the xx99 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

- You must not already hold an existing account on the xx99 platform. Opening more than one account is a material breach of these Terms.

xx99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any account holder at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by xx99 may result in account suspension, the withholding of any pending withdrawal, or permanent account closure. These measures exist to protect the integrity of the platform and the security of all players.
3. Account Registration and Security
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the xx99 platform. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access or use your account under any circumstances.
Accurate Information
You are required to provide your full legal name, a valid mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. xx99 may at any time request supporting documentation — including a government-issued identity document or proof of address — to verify the information provided. Accounts found to have been registered using false or misleading information are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.
Account Security Obligations
You are solely responsible for the security of your xx99 account login credentials. In particular:
- You must choose a strong, unique password for your xx99 account and must not reuse it across other services or websites.
- You must notify xx99 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party or if your login credentials have been compromised.
- xx99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to safeguard your login credentials with reasonable care.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All transactions on the xx99 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There is no currency conversion at any point in the deposit or withdrawal process. xx99 does not charge any platform-side fee on standard BDT deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider (for example, bKash or Nagad) may apply transaction charges of their own, which are outside xx99's control.
Deposits
Deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from your payment provider. Supported deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts registered to third parties are a breach of these Terms and will result in the funds being held pending identity verification.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
- Withdrawals may only be sent to a payment account registered in the same name as your xx99 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
- xx99 may request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. This may include a copy of a valid national identity card, passport, or proof of payment account ownership.
- Any bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal. Only cleared real-money balances may be withdrawn.
- Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within the same business day the request is submitted, subject to verification status.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
xx99 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time each bonus is offered:
- Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. Players who have previously held an account on xx99 are not eligible for the new-player welcome bonus.
- All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific rollover requirement for each bonus is stated in the offer details.
- xx99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including in cases where fraud or abuse is suspected.
- Bonus funds may only be used on games that qualify under the bonus terms. Some games — including certain live dealer games or progressive jackpot slots — may be excluded from bonus play or may contribute at a reduced rate to wagering requirements.
- Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time unless otherwise specified in the individual bonus terms.
xx99 reserves the right to void any winnings derived from a bonus where it is determined that the player has engaged in patterns of play designed to exploit the bonus system rather than to play in good faith. Decisions regarding bonus eligibility and forfeiture are made at xx99's sole discretion.
6. Gameplay and Fair Play
All casino games and crash games available on xx99 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independently random and cannot be influenced by the platform operator or by any player. xx99 does not guarantee that any player will win any particular game, bet, or wager. Gambling involves inherent risk, and you should only wager amounts that you are prepared to lose.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xx99 platform and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities:
Sports Betting Integrity
xx99 is committed to sports betting integrity. All sports betting markets — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers matches — are offered in good faith based on pre-match and in-play data from reputable sports data providers. The following conduct will result in immediate account closure:
- Attempting to place bets using insider knowledge of match outcomes, match-fixing arrangements, or non-public information about player injuries or line-up changes not yet announced publicly.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technological tools to place bets or interact with the platform at speeds or in patterns not consistent with genuine human play.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, artificially inflate win rates, or circumvent the platform's security or bonus systems.
7. Responsible Gaming
xx99 is committed to responsible gaming and to the protection of vulnerable players. The platform includes a suite of player protection tools accessible from within every registered account, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter will be referred to the appropriate authorities. 8. Intellectual Property

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit in any commercial manner any part of the xx99 platform without the prior written consent of xx99. Any unauthorised use of xx99 intellectual property may result in legal action.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xx99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from gambling outcomes, technical interruptions, account suspensions carried out in accordance with these Terms, or delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers. xx99's total liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of your real-money account balance at the time the claim arises.
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as excluding or limiting xx99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited as a matter of applicable law. This limitation of liability clause does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer where such rights are recognised by the law of your jurisdiction.
10. Amendments to These Terms
xx99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. When material changes are made, xx99 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. The updated Terms will also be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
Your continued use of the xx99 platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting xx99 support via the email address listed in the platform footer.
